RCC Food Enthusiasts: Warwick Winery

Have you always wondered how wine is made? Then, we have the class for you! Join us at the RCC Culinary Center to learn about the winemaking process from Stevie Millhaven of Warwick Winery. You will sample delicious, local wine and become an expert in food pairings.

Below are the nights pairings:

#1 Docs Dry Hopped Hard Apple Cider ($6.99): Hand crafted cider finished with hops, fruity with a champagne essence.

Food pairing: Firecracker eggrolls with spicy chili dipping sauce

#2 Chardonnay ($13.99): Peach, tropical melon and vanilla notes. Creamy with a medium dry finish.

Food pairing: Tortellini with wild mushroom cream sauce

#3 Harvest Moon ($11.99): White wine with peach and apricot notes, crisp and clean finish with tangerine and grapefruit essence.

Food pairing: Thai shrimp curry w/ avocado

#4 Cabernet Franc ($16.99): Black current and black cherry w/ oak notes.

Food pairing: Greek sliders with tzaziki and frizzled onions

#5 Black Current Liquor ($14.99): Floral aroma of sweet black currents that lingers on the palate.

Food pairing: Triple Cream Brie with Apricot jam

Must be 21 or over to attend
