Rockland Arts Festival

The Rockland Arts Festival gives artists and artisans working in a variety of media the opportunity to display and sell their artwork while connecting directly with the community.
The Rockland Arts Festival will be held at the Goswick Pavillion and Art Rittenberg Field at the base of the Piermont Pier at 95 Ferry Road in historic Piermont, New York. The festival will take place on Sunday, September 22, 2019, from 12pm to 4pm (rain date September 29th).
This free community event features regional and emerging local artists alongside arts-related organizations. Festival attendees will have the opportunity to shop the work of 100-plus artists and creatives who work with an array of mediums ranging from jewelry, fiber, glass, and ceramics to photography, watercolor, and mixed media. With its strong emphasis on making the arts accessible for all, the festival brings together great local artists and great audiences. The event is wheelchair/handicap accessible with bathrooms on premises. Parking is free.
The family friendly festival will also offer art demonstrations, live music, food and activities for children. The Rockland Arts Festival has been made possible due to the outstanding efforts from the Village of Piermont, Valley Area Network, and artist/curator, Lisa D’Amico. Rockland Arts Festival is accepting free application submissions from all fine and quality craft artists and art organizations via www.rocklandartsfestival.org through Monday, August, 19, 2019. Artist must have executed all works on display. This is a juried event and applicants will be notified of acceptance by Monday August 26, 2019. Rockland Arts Festival is also offering sponsorship opportunities.
