Sound Bath Meditation at Nyack Library

Experience the vibrational tones of Angel and Solfeggio tuning forks, gong and singing bowls during this meditation. Flower Pounding

Create beautiful linens with real flowers being pounded into fabric. Each person should bring a hammer. "Crafty" Carolyn Travers will bring everything else including fabric and real flowers to make flower prints on and other supplies.  Each adult is charged a $5.00 materials fee.
