Rockland Rowing offers a welcoming and supportive community that provides rowing opportunities for all, regardless of experience, abilities, or background.
Fall program sign-ups are now open for Youth (12+), Collegiate, and Adult rowers.

Rockland Rowing also has adaptive programs for athletes with physical or cognitive disabilities.

The training facility at Rockland Lake, at the foot of Hook Mountain, includes over 40 training and racing shells, workout equipment, storage for privately owned shells and oars, coaching launches, and a boat trailer and truck for transporting shells to regattas.

In the summer and fall, Rockland Rowing offers Outrigger Canoe Paddles on the Hudson River. Watch for new dates on their Meetup page.
