INTRODUCTION CLASS TO THE HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE OF AYURVEDA

The ancient science of Ayurveda teaches us how to live in balance by understanding that the elementary building blocks we see in nature are the same building blocks for our human mind-body systems.
In this first class, Certified Ayurveda holistic health guide and seeker, Blessing Ogaga-Hijnen, will discuss how to integrate the philosophy and practices of Ayurveda into our daily life, starting with the different Dosha types (our individual unique mind/body system combinations): Vata, Pitta and Kapha, and how working with the Dosha influence can bring us back into balance in a fully natural way. Understanding that the mind-body systems are not separate entities but an integrated whole that is seeking constant balance/equilibrium will allow us to have our deserved health so we can experience our highest human/spirit potential.
Ayurveda is Practical, Personalized and Preventative. It is a back-to-basics approach to health and well being!
