Historical Society of the Nyacks Downtown Nyack Walking Tour
September 19, 2021 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Trace Nyack’s growth from a small river village to a major commercial and manufacturing center during the Gilded Age when Nyack was called the “Gem of the Hudson.” See many of the same buildings that were present at the turn of the century when Nyack was the center of Rockland County life. Meet 2pm at the foot of Main Street (near where Gedney Street meets Main).
To help cover the costs of maintaining our exhibit space, publicity, and future programs, the Historical Society of the Nyacks asks for a $10 donation from participants. In order to do our part and help stop the spread of Covid-19, the wearing of masks is required on our in-person walking tours, unless it is medically unsafe to do so – thank you!
