RCC’s Hospitality and Culinary Arts Center features brand new classrooms, a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen, and a farm-to-market store and café. In addition, they offer community programming on their professional kitchen stage, showcasing Hudson Valley foods, beverages, local ingredients, and recipe demonstrations.
