Event Series Event Series: RCC Culinary Youth Camp
Children (grades 4-8) who love to cook will learn kitchen and cooking basics, use of kitchen equipment, proper sanitation and knife skills. Each day features a different menu including pasta, pizza, sandwiches, salads, soup, desserts, and more. Each week the children will learn new recipes.

The Culinary Program will take place at the College’s Hospitality and Culinary Arts Center located at 70 Main Street in Nyack, NY.

Monday – Friday
9 am- 1pm

Week 1: July 8 – 12
Week 2: July 15 – 19
Week 3: July 22 – 26

Cost

$375 per week
$700 for two weeks
$975 for all three weeks
