Farina Caffe, a new family owned business with Italian roots and an infusion of Argentine and Uruguayan influences, is set to open its doors on December 8 at 10am in the corner of Nyack’s Riverspace Plaza.

Farina is owned and operated by Pastry Chef Daniela Buglione, daughter of an Argentine father and Uruguayan mother, and her husband Fabian, a descendent of an Italian family born in Uruguay, where the couple met.

Residents of Valley Cottage, Daniela and Fabian decided to set roots in their own community, after years of successful work in a partnership in New Jersey.

Daniela’s passion for pastries began years ago, when she was cooking with her grandmother, “Dominga La Nonna.” Her family recipes were passed down to Daniela, who now adds her own personal touches. Their extensive menu consists of everything from homemade bread to quiches, croissants to Tres Leches Cake, cupcakes to Cubano Sandwiches–all infused with intense flavors.

They are excited to open their doors and share their delicious food with their neighbors in Nyack.
