The staff and vendors at Nyack Farmers Market are not just fair weather friends. In fact, they’ll be braving the cold all winter to bring you a year-round outdoor Market this year to continue to give Nyack residents and visitors a safe place to shop this winter.

Through December 17, the hours will be Thursdays from 8am-2pm. Then the Market will be closed from December 24 to 31 to give staff and vendors a well-deserved holiday break. Starting on January 7, they’ll return to the Main Street parking lot with new winter hours, Thursdays from 9am to 1pm, for the duration of the winter.

Throughout the winter, these hale and hearty vendors will bring to Market produce like apples, brussel sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squash, greens galore, and much more.

To that bounty, prepared food vendors will add fresh seafood, grass-fed meat, beautiful baked goods, scrumptious soups, ready-to-eat or -heat meals, and more to help make snack time and meals a breeze, especially as holidays grow nearer, and days seem to get both shorter and busier.

The Market also has some local artisans to help with your holiday shopping! Stop by Bill Batson Arts or Teagevity to preorder the Nyack Gift set. Preorder by December 4th for $10 off!

Browse for some beautiful bespoke jewelry by Myriad Mirage; healthy, handmade skin care products by Jael’s Naturals; or handcrafted, small-batch liquors made from locally harvested grains from Springbrook Hollow Farms Distillery. These are just a sampling of the outstanding rotation of regional vendors, so you’ll always discover something new each week.

Masks and safe social-distancing protocols are required at all times.

Parking in the Artopee Lot is free during Market hours, and street parking is free before 10am. Parking meters in effect 10am-7pm throughout the Village.
